- Success guaranteed. If a plant doesn't sprout, we will replace it for free. Just email support, anytime.
Can I customize my plant starter set?
Our plant starter sets are pre-packaged to offer you a positive and well-rounded gardening experience to begin your Gardyn journey.
While the starter sets are not customizable, you can order over 100 different varieties of plants in the Gardyn App so that you can customize your Gardyn.
Yes! If you’re looking to experiment, you can purchase your own seeds to grow your own varieties. We offer seedless yCubes so you can experiment with ease.
What happens if a seed doesn't grow?
Not to worry! If any yCubes do not germinate after 28 days, please contact our support team.

Shipping times depend on your location. Most shipments in the contiguous United States arrive in less than 5 business days but may take longer for some regions and delays due to weather conditions or other carrier delays. If you ordered multiple items, like accessories, some may arrive sooner than the others. If you have any questions about your order, please chat here with our Customer Success team.
